  1. How Do I join a Meeting ?


    2. There are two methods to joining a Meeting :

    1. Directly from the Email Invitation – When a meeting is set up by the host, you get an invitation to your mail regarding the meeting details and your meeting credentials. There is also a link in the Email to join the meeting. Click on this link at the meeting time to join the meeting.


    2. Go To http://www.16frames.com/VideoConference/JoinMeeting.aspx
      Your meeting invitation contains your meeting credentials (Username and Password). Use these in the above page to Login to the meeting.

  2. Do I need to download any software?


      3. No. The solution is completely Browser based. All you need is an Internet connection to view the meeting. However You need to have a flash plugin on your system which is quite common. If you donot have a flash plugin Click Here.

  3. What is the Internet speed that I require to watch the meeting without any problem?

      4. It depends on the number of participants and the quality that the meeting is set for. If you are watching a meeting set for 6 participants at the highest quality , You might require around 800Kbps Internet Connection. Click Here to check your internet speed.

  4. What Hardware do I need?


      5. You need a Camera , Microphone , A set of speakers or Headphones.

  5. How do I end the Meeting ?


      6. The participant doesnot have any provision to end the meeting. Only a meeting host can end a meeting.

  6. Even after I click connect and select the camera , I cannot see any image. What do I do?


      7. Your computer might not be allowing Flash Player to access the camera. Follow the steps below :

    1. Right Click on the big player in the middle.
    2. Click on Settings . . . in the resulting menu
    3. Click the second Image from the left on the bottom.
    4. This brings up the privacy settings of the Flash Player.
    5. If your Computer is not allowing 16Frames to access the Computer and Microphone, the Deny option is checked. Click on the Allow option
    6. Refresh the Page and try again.




  7. The other participants are not able to hear my voice.


      8. The Flash Player might not have detected your Microphone.Follow the steps below.



    1. Right Click on the big player in the middle.
    2. Click on Settings . . . in the resulting menu.
    3. Click the Mike Image (Fourth from left) on the bottom.
    4. This brings up the Microphone Settings of the Flash Player.
    5. Select the appropriate Microphone from the list.
    6. Move the slider under the Record Volume to the middle and select the Reduce Echo box.
    7. Refresh the page and try again.

  8. I have selected the Camera. I can see my image but the other participants cannot. Why?


      9. After you see the image, the Connect button becomes Disconnect meaning that you are connected to the server. Now Click Start Broadcast to send your image. Now the participants can view your image.

  9. How do I select a camera and send my Video?


      10. To start sending your audio and video click on connect on your player. A list of cameras connected to your computer are displayed.



      Select the Camera you would like to use from the list and click it.

      IMP NOTE : Wait till the image from that camera is displayed and then click on Start Broadcast. You are LIVE now !! The other participants can now view your audio and video. As soon as the remaining participants follow this procedure , You too can view their audio and video in their respective players.
