How Do I join a Webinar Meeting ?
There are two methods to joining a Webinar Meeting :
Directly from the Email Invitation – When a meeting is set up by the host, you get an invitation to your mail regarding the meeting details and your meeting credentials. There is also a link in the Email to join the meeting. Click on this link at the meeting time to join the webinar meeting.

Your meeting invitation contains your meeting credentials (Username and Password). Use these in the above page to Login to the meeting.
Your Webinar meeting page looks like this. Please find below a brief explanation of the various functions in the page.
This is the participant status box. Currently active participants who are logged in are displayed here. As soon as a participant leaves or enters the class , his status is displayed here.
This is your broadcaster. If you want to broadcast you need to ask the instructor permission to allow you to do so. When you are given permission then this broadcaster becomes active and you can now broadcast.
This the participant player. If some other participant broadcasts his video by obtaining the instructor permission , then his video plays here. Right now in the image since there is no one broadcasting , the player is active. If someone is broadcasting, the player becomes active and
“No Video is available now”
message disappears.
This is the Instructor player. Video from the Instructor is displayed here. Since the instructor broadcasts continuously , this player is always active.
This is the Online Chat window. To chat, just enter text in the box beside Message and click the “Send” button. Your text is displayed in the box against your name. This chat is real time and instantaneous.
This is the “Raise Hand” functionality. It is from here that you ask the Instructor permission to let you stream video. Just enter text in the box asking the instructor for permission and click “Submit”. You get an acknowledgment as shown –
“Request posted Successfully”

All the requests from you and any other requests from the other active participants are shown here. As soon as a request is posted its status is shown under Access as
Open
. If the Instructor grants you permission the Status becomes
Started
and you get a message confirming the same. Your broadcaster also becomes active as shown below.
Important Note : In case the Instructor denies your request the status changes to
“Ended”
and you get a confirmation regarding the rejection.
Select the Camera you would like to use from the list and click it.
Important Note : Wait till the image from that camera is displayed and then click on Start Broadcast. You are LIVE now !! The other participants can now view your audio and video.
FAQ's
Do I need to download any software?
No. The solution is completely Browser based. All you need is an Internet connection and web browser along with a web cam to participate.
What Hardware do I need to participate in an EClass?
If you are an instructor or participant you need a Camera, microphone and speakers or Headphones.
Do the participants need to have an account with 16Frames?
No! Only the instructor needs to have an account with us. All the participants can join directly using their credentials.
How Do I join a Webinar?

IMP NOTE :
First remember to disable the pop-up blocker else you need to follow the steps again.
Even after I click connect and select the camera , I cannot see any image. What do I do?
Your computer might not be allowing Flash Player to access the camera. Follow the steps below :
Right Click on the Instructor player.
Click on Settings . . . in the resulting menu.
Click the second Image from the left on the bottom.
This brings up the privacy settings of the Flash Player.
If your Computer is not allowing 16Frames to access the Computer and Microphone, the
Deny
option is checked. Click on the Allow option.
Refresh the Page and try again.
The other participants are not able to hear my voice.
The Flash Player might not have detected your Microphone.Follow the steps below.
Right Click on the Instructor player.
Click on Settings . . . in the resulting menu.
Click the Mike Image (Fourth from left) on the bottom.
This brings up the Microphone Settings of the Flash Player.
Select the appropriate Microphone from the list.
Move the slider under the Record Volume to the middle and select the Reduce Echo box.
Refresh the page and try again.
